Preggers Update Number 2

Dave and I were able to see Grayson again this week.  The Doctor scheduled us for another ultrasound because I wasn’t growing as quickly as the average person does- so we had to go and check things out to make sure that everything was progressing properly.  Of course all is well though I must say that waiting for five days for that ultrasound was not the most relaxing thing in the world!  The upside of things is that we got to take another peak at him.  He is indeed a HE, just in case anyone had any doubts.  And they said that the is at about the 45% mark as far as the growth/weight scale goes.  Of course, his head is measuring larger than his gestational age- grow brain, grow!  They estimate his current weight to be 6 pounds 4 ounces (plus or minus a pound- real accurate I know) and basically Doc said the he just isn’t going to be a really big baby to start with.  Of course, I am ok with that!

Dave and I keep getting more and more excited about meeting the little guy.  It is coming soon.  I just want him to hold off for a little while longer so that we can finish up this place a little more.  And hopefully get the crib here and set up too….that would be nice.
